- Generate and exploit transgenic mouse models relevant for human tumor development
- Elucidate basic hepatic stem cell biology by using molecular biology, genomic, biochemical and transplantation approaches
- Examine, characterize and categorize recurrent genomic rearrangements in human and experimental cancers using an integrated array of molecular cytogenetics and molecular biology technologies
- Elucidate the mechanisms of genotoxicity and carcinogenicity of food-derived heterocyclic amines
